VIOLET STRIPE MEDICINES

In 2023, donations to social organizations in Brazil dropped by nearly 70%. Erastinho Hospital, which treats kids with cancer, was no exception. To help, we turned medicine into donations. In Brazil, medicines are marked with colored stripes based on classification. So we introduced a new one: the Violet Stripe — a symbol of the fight against cancer. We created four medicine boxes with names like “Hoperin” — Hope + Aspirin. Inside each was a leaflet with a child’s drawing and a QR code linking to a thank-you video. The boxes were sold in one of Brazil’s largest pharmacy chains, turning familiar packaging into a new way to give. Role: Art Direction / Creative Direction
